The hotel is perfect. Breakfast is AMAZING, it goes till 11:00 and has every type of food and drink, all delicious. The position is excellent, in the center and close to everything with public transports available very easily. The staff has been very welcoming and kind. There is also a nice gym and sauna. Plus luggage deposit room and other useful services. The room is very small but you know that from the beginning since it is indicated in the description, despite that it is very comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need. I would come there happily many other times

It was situated at very convenient location. Very smooth check-in and check-out. And the best part was breakfast. There was ambient vibe with multiple options in breakfast. I booked without window room and it was very bad decision we realised soon after getting in room as it was very suffocating and there thermostat was not functioning i guess but thanks to the receptionist that night he moved us to a new room which had window and he even gave a window opener without any extra charge. Never book without window room if you are claustrophobic. The lounge was also very cozy and warm. We sat there after sauna. It was a perfect stay…really loved it…

The hotel is very well located in the (commercial) centre of Stockholm. Easy access from metro and public transport and walking distance (less than 10 min) from the central train station. The room is definitely not big, but very comfortable (I must say I was staying alone though) and tremendously silent. There is a nice and warm working area in the lobby (high speed internet connection) which helps in case of needing to work from hotel. Breakfast is very good, with a variety of options both salty and sweet. Friendly staff, willing to help. There is a bar in the lobby open till late with not so expensive prices (taking into account it's Sweden) for alcohol.

Great location, facilities and staff. Location was right in the centre with everything at your door step. The hotel has a small gym and sauna which was a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely with so much variety to choose from. Checkin and check out was easy and smooth with friendly staff. (The lovely owner sat down with us to advise what attractions we should go to on our trip and this was useful). Luggage story option, allowed us to enjoy our final day and return just before we had to leave. Great hotel and no major complaints.

EXCELLENT. The room was very well soundproofed and equipped, with an iron, ironing board, coffee maker, hangers, a good smart TV, a shower with both waterfall and handheld styles, and I loved that the lighting is adjustable (from very dim to bright). The breakfast is excellent, varied, and includes different types of bread, eggs, fruit, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurt, various cereals, different kinds of butter, several types of jams, and croissants. The staff is efficient and friendly, and the reception is always attended. To top it off, the luggage storage service was free, and the location is also very good. In summary: I truly have nothing to complain about, and I consider the price unbeatable.

The hotel is a short walk (650 m) from the station so i landed at Arlanda and was in my room within an hour using the Arlanda express. It is close to the shopping area with loads of restaurants etc nearby. However, i was in late so opted for a light dinner at the bar. Had pizza, which was prepared fresh, which I did not expect to be so good - but it was really good. The check in was online using phone which probably does work fine for most people but I was tired and got confused. The receptionist as immediately there to help so only took a minute or two in the end. I was suprised that the room was underground (no window) but it didn't feel like a windowless room as they have unnecessary curtains to give the feeling there are windows. slept like a log on a big bed. shower was a proper rain shower. room was perfectly clean and fully equipped (no coffee or tea making facilities though). breakfast was Scandinavian - pancakes and cracker bread were the best, but had everything you would expect for a hotel breakfast buffet. Coffee was good. check out was also just drop the key and walk out.

When I booked this hotel I didn't realise I booked a small room with no window, three levels below street level. I just went for the cheapest room. But I can't complain. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet. It had everything you need: iron, TV, kettle (which I discovered on the last day as it was in a drawer under the bed), hair dryer. The breakfast was very good. The staff in the restaurant, reception and the bar were all very friendly. And of course the hotel is right in the centre of Stockholm, which saves you on extra travelling.

The location, excellent customer service, clean, quite and close to supermarket, cafes and Metro station. The room is very small but conveniently organized. Good choice for breakfast. Coffee/tea in the room and electric kettle.
